SOHO Getaway! 3BR Jacuzzi, Gym AND Game-room

Great location, very responsive.

The home was clean, spacious, and close to major attractions. The master bedroom was huge, with a very comfortable king-size bed, and the other rooms would work well for a larger group. The only downsides were the limited, inexpensive-looking dinnerware and the lack of paper towels. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay.

The location was great. Able to easily walk to bars/restaurants and central to most things around Tampa. The neighborhood is nice. You do hear the late night activity from the bars on the next street over but that didn’t bother us. The townhome itself was misrepresented in the photos. Zero curb appeal and the outdoor patio is a mess. The patio furniture is tattered/not cleaned, the hot tub wasn’t clean and the patio was trashed with moldy walls, broken patio bricks, beat up fencing, broken cafe lights on the ground, weeds, and a consistent leak from what we guess to have been the AC unit up on the roof. The main floor with the kitchen/living room/dining room is a decent space. However the couch was broken and the kitchen had very few supplies. We purchased paper towels, tissues, hand soap, cleaning wipes and new sponges because the sponges left under the sink were dirty. The garage contains the “game room” items. Pretty useless game room. The upstairs bedrooms are decent size with decent closet space. Only a few hangers in two of the 3 closets and there was no ironing board to go with the iron. The wall to wall rug is well stained throughout the whole upstairs which for us was a huge turn off. On a good note, the bathrooms were pretty clean and the beds were comfortable. Towels are of extremely poor quality, tiny and limited. With basic home care/guest quality attention it could be a much better experience.

Great location and neighborhood, nice unit. We will stay here again.

The host had amazing communication! The location of the VRBO was perfect, great neighborhood and close to everything we needed for our stay. Very comfortable beds!
