Spacious 3BR House w/Hot Tub, Mini Golf, Ping Pong

The grass needed to be cut, mini golf was a joke not 3 feet long and looked terrible, ping pong table rusted and folded in the grass, paddles torn. No chair to sit outside on the porch front or back. Big opening going under the house, there was a slight odor in the living room, maybe something died under there . The hot tub was great. The blinds to the house was broken with no curtains to the windows, you could literally look right I to the living room. Dishes in the cabinets were dirty, the coffee cup still had coffee around the rim of cups! Bugs in corners and behind doors..This house needs a lot of care put into it. Laminate and tile flooring is cracking because the foundation is cracking, causing raise areas and my elderly mother tripped and alot fell. Sitting outside in back under porch during the rain and ceiling on the porch started leaking, we could not enjoy back porch. Base boards are horrible, walls need painting, it's really lot more I could say but tired of typing.

Honestly loved this stay! The owner had excellent communication and the layout was perfect for our group. Close to dt and casino so Ubers were reasonably priced! Would 100% book again and again. Only lost 1 star because it is a slightly older home so it has some normal wear and tear but absolutely nothing to be concerned about. Owner also has so many resources in the home to accommodate the number of people we had!

The house was not renovated well.Steps in the house uneven surfacesMildew and mold, dust and stains everywhere. Backyard unkept. Grill was filty!Mini golf a bust and filled with debris. Furniture dirty.
